Mail Order Mystery sends mystery story experiences to kids through the mail. Each mystery unfolds through a series of six weekly installments. The child receives personalized letters from the characters in the story. They could get letters from spies, pirates, knights, librarians, detective agencies or even dragons.
There are puzzles to solve and ciphers to crack. Each mystery reaches its exciting conclusion in the final mailing, which contains an artifact or collection of keepsakes unique enough to be a cherished memento of the Mail Order Mystery experience.
All of our mysteries are good for girls and boys, 8-13 years old.

Mail Order Mystery Subscription
A Mail Order Mystery subscription is a story for kids that unfolds through a series of installments that come in the mail. The envelopes could come from anyone, from anywhere, from any time. They could be long-lost relatives, museum curators, pirates, trolls or spies and they could be sending letters, newspaper articles, top-secret files, made-up magazines, wax-sealed missions or hand-written notes. They could be sending keys, locks, maps and clues of all kinds. There are puzzles to solve and codes to crack. All is revealed in the final mailing, a grand finale that includes an artifact or collection of keepsakes unique enough to be a cherished memento of the Mail Order Mystery experience.
Kids become key characters in the stories when they are asked to help with a mission. They receive various objects and clues: aged pirate maps, keys, newspaper articles, top-secret files, necklaces etched with ciphers, spy handbooks, wax-sealed missions and more.
Currently, there are four mysteries to choose from:
Treasure Hunt: Pirate-themed. Ages 8 and up (or 6-7 with help from an adult).
Enchanted Slumber: Fairy-tale themed. Ages 8 and up (or 6-7 with help from an adult).
Spies, Lies and Serious Bad Guys: Espionage-themed. Ages 9 and up.
Case of the Missing Bigfoot: Detective-themed. Ages 9 and up.
