I have been eyeing this protein cookie on Amazon.com for a while! This is quite a low carb, protein packed treat! It has 10 net grams of carbs and 15 grams of protein. While this doesn't taste like a real home baked cookie, I thought it was really good for all of the benefits. I actually ate the whole cookie in one sitting, but could have easily shared it with someone else and still would have felt satisfied. This cookie is gluten free!

This protein powder is in a convenient 1 serving pack and mixed really easily in with my protein shake. It's a plant-based powder made from pea protein and has 30 grams of protein, 6 grams of branched chain amino acids, and 1 billion CFU probiotics. This protein powder is also gluten free!

Same as above – tastes like a protein bar, not great in my opinion (but again I prefer protein powder over bars). I am not a huge fan of cookie dough, but this bar was decent. I find that these bars do taste very sweet compared to other protein bars that I've had.

I really love these bars, and this was the first time I tried this flavor. It was really quite good and is gluten free. I have purchased Smarty Pants Vitamins for Kids before, but didn't know they had products for men and women too! These vitamins come in 3 flavors – lemon creme, blueberry and, orange or blackberry. I really like that these vitamins are 1) gummies which means easier to swallow, 2) include Omega 3 Fish Oil and CoQ10, and 3) non-GMO. These vitamins taste really good!

What did we think of this the Amazon Nutrition & Wellness Sample Box ?

I really like 6 of the 9 products in this box. But, for a sample box, that's pretty good. You really can't go wrong with trying this box for $6.99 since you get the same amount of credit towards products on Amazon. The credit expires in 180 days. I'm looking forward to trying more of these Amazon Prime Sample Boxes!
