There's quite an assortment of products! I instantly got a reminder to go to the gym!

These Grenade Carb Killa High Protein Bars have a net carb count of 13-15g and have 22-23 grams of protein! This is a product of the Netherlands and the chocolate is from Europe – so you know it's going to be good! These bars are sooo good, not too sweet and no aftertaste like many other protein bars out there – I am definitely buying more for a quick grab-and-go breakfast. An extra bonus is they are gluten free!
EAS MYO Lite Vanilla Cream Shake Mix Packet – est. $2
This shake mix packet has 20 grams of protein and 23 vitamins and minerals. This mix has 24 g of carbs.
The taste of this shake mix was really quite good and even better when I added some strawberries to it. I really felt much more energetic after drinking this vanilla cream shake!
C4 Explosive Pre-Workout Dietary Supplement – Icy Blue Razz – est. $3
If you want to get an extra burst of energy during your workout, taking this pre-workout supplement will do the trick. I took it 20 min before my early morning workout and wow, did I feel like I could kick a**! It tasted pretty good too.

These little cookies have 6 grams of protein and are non-GMO, vegan, and kosher. These cookies are really good and hit the spot if you're looking to satisfy any cravings for sweets. They have 19 grams of carbs.

This bar has 12g of net carbs and 19 grams of protein. It's gluten free and made from very natural ingredients like chicory root fiber, pumpkin seeds, etc. The brownie batter flavor is amazing and has a great texture.
Fit Lifestyle Box T-Shirt – XS – est. $20
When I took this t-shirt out of the box, I thought the shirt said “Stop Whining. Start Doing.” I think both statements could apply when I need a little kick to get myself to the gym.
The shirt fit nicely and was a little long (which is my preference for workout shirts!). I normally wear dri-fit shirts to the gym, so would probably wear this as a comfy shirt at home.
In Summary: The Fit Lifestyle Box had a lot of great workout energy boosters and low-carb, protein packed treats. They were all tasty, too! I liked the red t-shirt and loved that they had an XS size for me! The estimated total retail of this box was $34, which is pretty good for a $20 box and products that I wouldn't normally find for myself.
