August 2018 Gentleman's Box Review
Here is a photo of August's Gentleman's box. I love the color of this box and the gold seal which gives it a nice premium look! The Gentleman's Box is based out of Royal Oak, Michigan, and this box shipped from Warren, MI.
What's Inside the Box
Every Gentleman's Box has a message on the inside the says “Look Good. Feel Good. Be Good.”. This message really sets you up to expect a really good experience!
This month's box theme is honoring our Favorite Royal. When I first saw this, I was hoping it would be Prince Harry! I am still thinking about how magnificent the Royal Wedding was this summer. Megan Markle was amazing and beautiful!
It is always fun to try to guess who the honoree of the month is.
After a quick Google search, I could see that this month's honoree is Prince Harry!
Once I caught a glimpse of this month's accessories, I could totally tell this was all about Prince Harry, given the clean, light ivory colors. I really love Prince Harry's style!
The Dark Knot Tie – $55
This tie is made of 100% linen and I can tell it is really high quality. This would be great for a summer event where you want to look like the perfect gentleman.
The White Sock Company Socks – $12
These are really nice oatmeal colored polka dot socks and go very nicely with the linen tie. These socks are made out of Cotton (80%), Polyester (15%) and Spandex/Nylon (5%). I could totally see Prince Harry wearing these socks!
Allen Young Pocket Square – $19
This pocket square is also 100% linen and is a brown color that complements the tie very nicely. Allen Young ensures that each pocket square is unique – each square is hand cut and stitched!
Gentleman Essentials Tie Clip – $15
One of the basic Gentleman's essentials is a tie clip, and this clip is simple and would go with any tie! This is especially important for windy days!
Linen Laundry Bag – $10
This month, the Gentleman's Box included a HUGE laundry bag! This is definitely an essential and can be used while you're on the road to keep you dirty clothes separated from your clean clothes! This bag is really high quality and is made of cotton and linen.
