These aren't your typical rice cakes. The white chocolate drizzle is divine and the cinnamon rice cake is light and airy! This snack is only 15 grams of carbs, 90 calories, and is made of whole grains, quinoa, chia, and flax. I will definitely be buying more of these. This snack is gluten-free and non-GMO!

PopCorners are a really easy way to enjoy popcorn in a chip! I normally don't take popcorn as a to-go snack because it makes too much of a mess. But, with these snacks, they are kid- and adult-friendly. The Kettle Korn flavor is just the right amount of sweet and salty!

I have been eyeing cassava flour as a gluten free flour substitute, and was excited to try these in a pretzel. These are also made with cauliflower flower. The taste of these was okay, but if you really want to eat a healthier pretzel then this would be for you. These are gluten-free, vegan, and have a good source of vitamins A, C, D, E, B1, and B5 due to the veggie content.

I expected this bar to be a little more moist than it was, but after a while, I really enjoyed the combined oat and chocolate flavor. This bar has 20 grams of net carbs, and is gluten-free, soy-free, lactose free, and non-GMO. This bar would be great if you're gf and dairy free.

I've had Tone It Up Bars in the past, and while they can be a bit on the drier side (like most gluten free bars), I really like the blueberry flavor in this bar. It is also non-GMO and only 18 grams of carbs. It would be a great grab and go breakfast bar.

OMG – I cannot even tell you how amazing this low carb chocolate bar is. It has on 8 grams of net carbs! and tastes just like a nestle crunch bar with cherries! It's also non-GMO, and mostly organic. I will definitely be buying more of these!!!

This is a smooth bar that is packed with peanut butter! It is low carb (18 g per bar), made with real food, is non-GMO, and has 10 g of protein.

The texture of this granola bar reminded me of crunchy Nature Valley granola bars. The chocolate coconut flavor was pretty good. This bar has only 14 grams of carbs and is gluten free, vegan, and non-GMO.

These honey roasted sunflower seeds have a really good flavor – just the right touch of sweetness! I also love the that these sunflower seeds are distributed from Novi, Michigan – right in my home state!

StroopWafels have been a traditional Holland treat for centuries! The outside of this waffle (StroopWafel) treat tastes like gingerbread and the inside tastes like caramel and honey. I expected the outside to be cruncy, but it was pretty soft. I would definitely buy this again!

This caffeinated chocolate bite has the same amount of caffeine in a ½ cup of coffee! If you don't like coffee but like chocolate (I love both), then this would be a quick way to get a little pep in your step!

This bar was a nice way to enjoy 2 full bananas with shredded coconut. The ingredient list was very simple (the other ingredient was lime juice), and I could see taking this bar on a hike or keeping them for a convenient, real food snack. The banana/coconut taste was really good and I really liked the soft texture of this bar.

This soybutter is a really great substitute to peanut butter. If you're avoiding peanuts/legumes or have a peanut allergy, this tastes really close to peanut butter!
In Summary
I was really delighted with the variety of sweet and salty snacks in this month's LovewithFood box! All of the snacks were portable which is great when you're always on the go. I liked how the snacks were mostly gluten free, low-carb, and non-GMO. I always grab a protein bar to go with my morning coffee, so I loved trying all of the bars that were included in this box.
For sweets, I am over the moon about getting the Lily's Sour Cherry Double Chocolate Crunch Bar and the Drizzilicious Crunchy Drizzle Bites. I cannot wait to buy more!
