Piggie Box November 2020 Review
Our Piggie Box came in a cute guineau pig themed box! Piggie Box ships from the UK, so it took a little while to make it across the pond!
Inside, there is the Piggie Box Flyer.
When you open the Piggie House, there are so much Piggie info included!
December’s Piggie Box will have Christmas themed items and you can even buy it without a subscription as a one-time gift. The charity of the month is the PACT Animal Sanctuary in the UK and Piggie Box will be sending them some November box goodies! I love this!
Here is our first peek into the November box! I already know my daughter’s guinea pigs will love this box!
Now, let’s get a closer look at each of these adorable Piggie items!
Healthy Hopper Linden Leaves
Linden Leaves are a complementary feed for all rodents and rabbits. They help maintain a healthy heart, detox the body, and improve skin health. They also have great antioxidant properties and add variety to guinea pig diets.
Since we are new to raising guinea pigs, we need help with add variety to our piggies’ diets! Right now, they mainly eat hay, pellets, carrots, celery, and lettuce.
Healthy Hopper Sweet Potato and Beetroot
This Sweet Potato and Beetroot blend is a healthy crunchy treat for rabbits and guinea pigs. Dried beetroot is high in vitamin B and sweet potato is high in fiber and rich in minerals.
I love that this treat is both appetizing and healthy for our piggies!
Natural Fenugreek Crunchies
These Fenugreek Crunchies are aromatic, crunchy treats that contain fenugreek seed, which has is great for stimulating little appetites. These hard, crispy treats will help wear growing teeth.
These crunches are best for small animals, and best for guinea pigs and rabbits.
Rosewood Jumbo Play Veg Carrot & Corn
These jumbo play carrot and corn toys are called “boredom breakers” and provide hours of stimulating play for guinea pigs, rabbits, and other small animals. They are made from natural corn leaf and rattan.
They are made with pet-safe materials, dyes, and glues.
Happy Pet Willow Ball
Our guinea pigs love to chew, so this willow ball is a welcome addition to our piggies cage. This ball is irresistible to nibble on and chew, and also has therapeutic properties.
The ball itself is 100% natural and has no pesticides. There is a warning that supervision is recommended when using this ball in your piggies cage!
Final Thoughts
My daughter loved her first Piggie Box! It’s hard to find a variety of piggie treats and toys at our local pet store and even on Amazon.com, so this was the perfect way to discover guinea pig goodies! Our piggies really enjoyed each and every treat and toy, and I’m glad they are getting healthier and happier as a result! If you know of anyone who wants to spoil their guinea pigs, tell them to check out Piggie Box! It would make a great Christmas gift!
