Box of Sliime Subscription Review – February 2019

Slime Box ships in a neat, white box! My kids were dying to open this box!

The February theme is “I Love Slime”. This was super appropriate for Valentine's Day!

Here's a closer look of all of the items we received in our box! The tops of the slime containers have a green character who reminded my kids of Minecraft.

And after we unloaded all of the goodies from the box – you'll see that we got 4 different slimes, and many fun Valentine's Day themed toys and treats.

The info card tells you what kinds of slime you and goodies you get.

I was super happy to see an explanation on how to deal with sticky slime. Sticky slime is my worst enemy! Box of Sliime includes pre-measured Borax and directions on how to make a borax solution to make your slime the perfect, ungooey consistency!

Here are the 4 slimes that we got:

Be Mine Slime

The Be Mine Slime is a purple snow/cloud slime scented with strawberries and cream. It had these cute little heart mix-ins just in time for Valentine's Day!

This slime did not arrive sticky at all, so it was the one of the easier slimes to play with.

My son made a pinch pot out of this snow/cloud slime. I didn't even know this was possible with slime.

Peach of My Heart

The Peach of My Heart slime is a pink slime with lots of red, pink, and white foam beads, and is scented with a peach fragrance.

We really like the color and the fun mix-ins that were different sizes and colors.

This slime was extra sticky when it arrived, but after following the directions to add a few drops of borax solution at a time…

And after some kneading (which is the most fun part!)…

We got a really great consistency with this pink slime.

Love Diamond Slime

This Love Diamond Slime is a white slay slime that has a hidden diamond gem inside – scented with Love Spell.

My kids love surprises and finding hidden gems (no pun intended!). Finding this gem was a fun little extra activity with this slime.

This slime had a really nice consistency and was really fluffy. It was definitely my kids favorite of all of the slimes.

My daughter even made a little snowman with this slime.

Here were the extra Valentine themed items and candy that were also included.

Pencil pouch with Valentine themed stationery items

I love these clear pencil pouches. We always need these kinds of pouches to corral all of the crayons, markers, and pencils in our house!

This stationery set had a Valentine pencil, ruler, paper pad, and eraser. You can also see there is some Borax powder to help activate your slime.

Valentine Heart Charm Squishies

Squishies are all the rage with kids nowadays. These are good stress relievers AND super cute!

Valentine Bracelets

These Valentine themed bracelets are a cute way to make Valentine's day just a tad more special.

Valentine Conversation Heart Foam Stickers

We used these conversation heart stickers as a little extra decoration on my kids Valentine's Day cards for their teachers.

SweeTarts Candy

And of course, who wouldn't love SweeTarts Hearts to help celebrate Valentine's Day?

In Summary

My kids, who are ages 11, 9, and 7, all ADORED this box. They played with the slime for 2 hours the first day we got it, and then another hour the next day. I am a huge fan of kids subscription boxes that get my kids off their iPads and the TV!

The slime itself was of really good quality and had fun scents that my kids really liked. The extra toys and candy are also a nice touch and my kids really like them too!

If you know of any child who likes slime, the Sliime Box would make a great gift for a birthday, upcoming holiday, or as a fun surprise treat to let you know you're thinking about them!
