Each Chomps Variety Pack includes 8 pieces of jerky that contain all the 8 flavors – the Original Beef, Jalapeno Beef, Italian Style Beef, Sea Salt Beef, Cranberry Habanero Beef, Original Turkey, Jalapeno Turkey, and Salt and Pepper Venison!
Chomps’ meat sticks come are made with “all the tasty and none of the nasty” or as they like to say, “All Stick, No Ick!” This is perfect for my family since we are really trying to eat healthier food! We previously would buy Slim Jims, but they are full of nitrates and other fillers.
Each of their meat sticks does not contain sugar, gluten, nuts, soy, milk, pork, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors, nitrates, or nitrites! We have a gluten, peanut allergy, and soy sensitivity in our house and we’re glad the meat sticks from Chomps do not have those! Yay!
The Chomps Variety Pack consists of 8 beef sticks each and has all the flavors that Chomps offers! All of their meat sticks don’t contain any sugar – they use dried Cranberries to give that natural sweetness to some jerky flavors. Each full-sized jerky sticks also contain 9-10 g of protein and 60-100 calories.
The Original Turkey Stick uses free-range turkey meat and has 10 g of protein and 60 calories. It has a hint of spiciness and the texture is not that chewy. It also has that slightly smoky savory taste!
The Italian Style Beef Stick uses grass-fed and finished beef and has 9 g of protein and 90 calories. It contains oregano, basil, onion, and garlic – this jerky tastes like an Italian style meatball that you can take on-the-go and it’s a crowd favorite jerkies!
The Original Beef Stick uses grass-fed and finished beef and contains 9 g of protein and 90 calories. It’s slightly spicy and it has a slightly smoky taste. The meat is also sustainably sourced from Cape Grim Beef, Tasmania, Australia!
The Jalapeno Turkey Stick uses free-range turkey and it contains 10 g of protein and 60 calories. It has real jalapenos in it that give that right amount of spice level!
The Sea Salt Beef Stick uses grass-fed and finished beef and it has 9 g of protein and 90 calories. This is simply seasoned with sea salt, garlic, and celery juice. This is one of the crowd favorites and one of my favorites, too!
The Salt and Pepper Venison Stick is a blend of grass-fed and finished venison and beef. It contains 9 g of protein and 90 calories. This stick just has the right amount of flavors in it and has zero greasy taste!
The Cranberry Habanero Beef Stick uses grass-fed and finished beef and has 9 g of protein and 100 calories. This stick is the spiciest among the other flavors. It contains super spicy habanero peppers and sweet, dried, and tangy cranberries that add a little sweetness to it! But, even my kids said the level of spice was fine, so I was pretty happy that they can eat these.
The Jalapeno Beef Stick uses grass-fed and finished beef and has 9 g of protein and 90 calories. It contains real jalapeno peppers and not just some powder alternative! I love me some spice in my beef sticks, and this level of spice was just right!
It has easy-tear packaging that lets you open it without any hassle!
You just simply burst the bubble wrap area and tear it apart!
And here it is! These on-the-go beef sticks are amazing and I have eaten so many of them already when I’m out and about, and need a high-protein snack to refuel.

I am always on the hunt for healthy, high protein, delicious snacks – and I have found that with Chomps beef sticks! These are paleo, Whole30 approved beef sticks without added sugar, gluten, nuts, soy, milk, pork, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors, nitrates, or nitrites! They have a wide range of flavors and each variety is mouth-watering! I’m glad I found a new jerky subscription that suffices our cravings without the guilt since they use all-natural ingredients!
