The FabFitFun Winter Box 2018 Review

In early December we received the Winter box. The box was large, colorful, and completely on theme. The box was full and neatly packed. Each item was in original, individual packaging. It also included the FabFitFun magazine that has explanations and tips for each product as well as articles related to the FabFitFun community, beauty, wellness, home, and fashion.

Now let's get into the goodies…

Thrive Causemetics Brilliant Eye Brightener in “Stella” – $24

This brightener pencil can be used on your eyes to make them look more awake and radiant. The shade is a luminous champagne color. To use, apply to lower waterline and/or the inner corners of your eyes. Bonus, Thrive Causemetics is committed to giving to causes that help women in need.

Ahava Hydration Cream Mask – $33

A winter box would not be complete without a face mask to soothe skin that's been exposed to the elements. And even better, this mask is a part of the popular Ahava skincare line. The mask is complete with the nutrients that your skin needs during winter such as shea butter and Vitamin E.

Blaq Hydrogel Eye Mask with Hyaluronic Acid (set of 5) – $29

Another popular item among beauty lovers. This undereye mask will hydrate, nourish, and reduce inflammation. Apply under your eyes, and leave on for 10-15 minutes while relaxing and let the hyaluronic acid and activated charcoal do the rest. This is a great self-care item that every woman (or man!) deserves.

Mark & Graham Colorblock Throw – $49

This might be our favorite item in the box. It is extremely soft and warm making it perfect for winter. The colors are beautifully neutral and by look and feel, it's obvious that this a high-quality product.

Moroccan Gold Series Treatment Mask – $49

This hair mask aimed at strengthening and sealing split ends using ingredients like argan oil and keratin. I've been able to use it a couple of times and am impressed with the results so far. It has left my hair feeling soft while also giving it a more hydrated look. Those that struggle with dry hair this season will definitely appreciate this item.

H Halston Jewelry Portfolio – $48

Another practical, yet high end product perfect for winter travel. This portfolio is a great way to pack and keep your jewelry organized and protected. It has a zip closure with space for earrings, bracelets, rings, and necklaces. The portfolio is a pretty metallic gold color with a simple and sleek design. Note: The other choices for this item were Oribe Gold Lust Dry Shampoo, a cult favorite, and the Lele Sadoughi Silver Circle Necklace.

Richer Poorer Reina Over The Knee Textured Sock – $24

What girl wouldn't want a cozy new pair of extra-long socks this Winter? These socks would pair well with leggings or tall boots. The quality is on par with all of the other products in the box. And keeping on theme, these are super soft and warm. Note: The alternative options for this item was the Sherrie Matthews Acupuncture Jade Stone Roller and the Pur Be Your Selfie eyeshadow palette.

Way of Will Elevate Essential Oil Set: Sweet Orange & Eucalyptus Oil – $31

This is another one of my favorites in the box. Not only do they smell amazingly fragrant but these oils can help to ease common winter symptoms including cold symptoms or upset stomach. You can diffuse them or apply directly to skin. Health and wellness lovers will be delighted with this set. Note: The other option for this was the Anthropologie X Mer-Sea & Co. Sea Whip Body Cream in “Coconut Sugar”.

Kate Somervile ExfoliKate – $24

A promising skin care find to brighten up dull, winter skin. Simply apply to a clean and wet face for a couple of minutes and then rinse. This treatment uses natural exfoliants and fruit enzymes to revitalize your skin. I'm excited to try this one from this popular beauty brand.

Add On – Bearpaw Combo Set: Headband and Pop-Top Glove Duo – $45

We added this headband and pop-top glove on, so a normal box wouldn't include this cozy combo. They are a useful addition to any woman's winter wardrobe. The headband is lined with Sherpa for added warmth and the gloves are fingerless for functionality. It also comes in black making it quite versatile. This set is cute and very soft!

In closing: We were more than pleasantly surprised with the FabFitFun Winter 2018 Box. It certainly lived up to the hype providing beautiful, high quality items for women who appreciate superior products aimed at beauty and lifestyle.

The Winter box is loaded with seasonal treats that will get anyone excited for the Winter (and had a retail value of a whopping $262, not including our Bearpaw add-on)!
