Today, we are excited to share our first review of Kosterina’s Olive Oil Subscription! These olive oils are a wonderful addition to our kitchen. Plus, each bottle is beautifully designed! I love it all!

Kosterina offers organic extra virgin olive oil that is cold pressed in small batches in southern Greece from a single blend of early harvest Koroneiki olives. Their VOO is rich in healthy polyphenols – the antioxidants that have been proven to have anti-inflammatory effects, and has a light, fruity flavor. The inside of the box has a brief description of Kosterina Olive Oil — which originated in Koroni, a small town in Greece. Kosterina specialized in 100% pure, ultra premium, antioxidant-rich, Greek extra virgin olive oil. It is cold pressed from early harvest to preserve the abundant levels of polyphenols.

They also included a white sheet containing the expiration date of each olive oil and the tracking details that it has been shipped to us. These bottles expire at the earliest 1 year and 1 month, and at the latest about 2 years from now! That’s quite a long time!

This Kosterina Original Balsamic Vinegar has a rich, fruity flavor with a peppery finish. It's combined with Kosterina's signature balsamic vinegar.

This olive oil comes straight from Greece and is crafted in small batches. You can absolutely tell that the olives are harvested at their freshest point, which is really important if you want to get all of the polyphenol benefits from olive oil. Polyphenols are rich in antioxidants and that have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory benefits. Kosterina lets you purchase their oils and vinegar a la carte, or on subscription.
