Brick Loot April 2021 Review – Carwash Edition
Brick Loot sends their cool LEGO and brick sets in a blue, brick-like box.
Here’s the first peek of what’s in the April 2021 Box! My son is a huge fan of Matchbox cars and Disney cars, so he couldn’t wait to tear into this box!
The theme for this month’s edition is Car Wash. I love how it resembles Disney Cars – we’ve always loved that movie!
The info sheet shows all the details about each building set that is included in the box. We got 3 LEGO and brick sets and 1 minifigure!
Now, let’s take a closer look at each item!
Car Wash – 100% Real LEGO Bricks
This LEGO build was exclusively made by Tyler Clites for Brick Loot only! It’s made of 100% real LEGO bricks and has an awesome design!
The Car Wash building set has 75 pieces and we love the blue and yellow color combination of this set!
Each LEGO building set has a step-by-step instruction that helps you assemble your set faster and more accurate but I forgot to take a picture of the instructions for all the sets. Anyways, my son started to assemble the base first for the car wash build set.
He continued to build each side and made sure that it fit perfectly to make it sturdy.
Then he placed the upper parts like the “roller brusher” in the center and as you can see, the car wash is taking its form!
And lastly, my son inserted the flowing water piece to complete the set! And this is how it looks like. It’s pretty awesome, right?!
Brick City Gas Station
The next set that my son built was the Brick City Gas Station. We love how elaborate its details are!
This building set contains 146 pieces. This might look hard to assemble but my son easily finished this one with the help of the step-by-step instructions! That green-colored piece is a brick “breaker” – if bricks are hard to disassemble, you can use this tool to break bricks from one another without hurting your fingers!
This is the base part and my son started to assemble the counter and the adorable, little fire extinguisher.
Then he mounted the door area and that adorable little ice chest!
He continued to build the set by adding the fuel pump and tank.
And here’s the finished gas station! The sticker decals make all the difference on these sets. It’s pretty cool and we loved that little counter!
City Bus
This city bus was a bit small compared to other LEGO vehicles, but I haven’t seen this type of bus design before. This set has a total of 46 LEGO bricks!
My son followed the instructions and started to build this set starting from the chassis up.
I doubt if there are any tiiiiny LEGO minifigures that could fit inside this bus, but it’s cute regardless!
And here’s the finished LEGO bus! It could even make its way in the car wash build set! It’s so unique!
Phil – Gas Attendant – Custom Printed LEGO Minifigure
The LEGO minifigure that comes in this box is Phil who is a gas attendant – he’s an exclusive Brick Loot minifigure!
He has a friendly and approachable smile and a cute-looking hat and uniform!
You can also put him on your building sets because he has holes in the back of his legs! He could sit at the counter in the Brick City Gas Station set!
Brick Duster
A brick duster is also included so that you can clean and dust your LEGOS easily!
The brush is soft and could clean hard-to-reach areas of the brick.
And these are all the building LEGO sets my son assembled! He personally loved this month’s theme!
Wrap Up
My son always loves assembling every LEGO and brick building set that has come in his monthly Brick Loot boxes! This month’s theme was “Car Wash” and he was ecstatic about it! The Car Wash, Gas Station, and Bus were so realistic and fun to build. We love how this month’s set came with a brick duster – we do have a lot of dusting to do on our Brick Loot sets! Everything in the April Box was a win for us! We can’t wait for the May 2021 Brick Loot Box!
