Miss Muscle Box August 2021 Review
Miss Muscle Box sent their fitness products in a big purple box this month.
Here’s everything in my August box! I got 1 t-shirt, 3 healthy snacks, and 1 pack of ankle socks!
Miss Muscle Box includes an info card some of the details of what's inside your box. They also provided a QR code that takes you to your workout guide for this month!

MUSCLE NATION V-Neck Shirt in Olive Green
This shirt is breathable and fast-drying which is perfect to use in a workout session! I love the olive green color as well!
I got a size small and it fits me really well!
This top is a polyester-spandex blend that is good for activewear. It’s stretchy and durable!
OUT OF SIGHT Ankle Socks – $15.00 Retail Value
The pack contains 4 different ankle socks and I love their design and color! These socks will be great to use with my running shoes on super hot days – it will almost be like running barefoot!
They fit perfectly on me and are super comfortable to wear. The ankle area stays in place, too!
GOOD TO GO Soft Baked Bars in Blueberry and Strawberry – $2.79 Est. Retail Value (Each)
These healthy Good to Go snacks are keto-friendly and guilt-free snacks. Each bar contains 2g of sugar, 5g of carbs, and 7g of fiber. I love how soft and chewy these bars are! I personally love the blueberry cashew flavor!

This protein bar from Blue Dinosaur tastes fantastic! It contains 25g of protein which is perfect to grab after a workout session! It's grain-free and soy-free, too! I am ALL about chocolate protein bars!
Miss Muscle Box August 2021 Workout

It's nice reading all of these benefits from working out outdoors! I personally love “forest bathing”, which for me means going to a local park with lots of trees and going for a run or a doing a workout from Miss Muscle Box! Talk about reducing stress with lots of greenery and cardio at the same time!
Wrap Up
This month’s Miss Muscle Box and training program made me realize that I can mix up my exercise routine and take my squats and pushup outside! Plus, outdoor exercise also has many benefits and it's pretty awesome to know some of those! I’m glad that I can workout in style with the tee and socks they sent me and enjoy the healthy snacks, too!
