I was hesitant to try it at first because I have sensitive skin, but I'm so glad I did! I've only been using it for a few days, but I've already noticed a significant improvement in the overall appearance of my skin. I was really excited to try the V KOSMETIK Creamy Liquid Velvet Lipstick, especially because it is a new brand to BOXYCHARM. I was not disappointed! The lipstick went on smoothly and evenly, and it was very light weight and long wearing. I was also surprised by how highly pigmented it was – a little goes a long way! The lipstick dried to a matte finish, and it did not feather or bleed.
BASIC BEAUTY Eyeshadow Primer – $18 Retail Value
I'm always on the lookout for new and better ways to make my eyeshadow look its best. The BASIC BEAUTY Eyeshadow Primer is formulated with hemp seed oil to moisturize and help maximize color intensity. It promises a crease-free look that lasts for up to 12 hours. To use, you simply smooth it evenly onto your eyelids with your fingers prior to applying eyeshadow. I was pleased with how well this primer worked. My eyeshadow went on smoothly and lasted all day without creasing or fading.
REFRESHMENTS Dazzling 5-Blade Razor Kit in Coral Crush – $19 Retail Value
This Razor kit must have been an extra included in my box this month! The REFRESHMENTS Dazzling 5-Blade Razor Kit in Coral Crush is the perfect way to get a close, comfortable shave. The kit includes the handle, hanger, and two blade refills. The five blades and soothing strip provide an extra close shave, while the weighted handle elevates the blades to prevent that icky slime buildup. The upside-down storage keeps the blades fresh and dry, making this razor kit a must-have for anyone who wants a great shaving experience.

All in all, I was extremely pleased with my May 2022 BOXYCHARM base box! I got a great mix of skincare and makeup products that had a total retail value of $171. The box included everything you need to achieve smooth, glowing skin, including a serums, eye primer, blush, and lipstick.
