This month, Miss Muscle Box sent their fitness products in a peach box. I really love this color!

This fat loss challenge is both a nutritional macro-based plan and also includes some fat burning workouts!
If your goal is to lose weight, counting macro nutrients is important. By tracking how many grams of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats you consume each day, you can ensure that you are not consuming too many calories and sabotaging your own efforts.
They included lots of meal plan ideas, and these look so healthy and tasty too!

Okay, I have not seen a full-on hoodie come from a workout box yet! I am over the moon that I got this hoodie!
If you're looking for a cute and comfy workout hoodie, the Light Blue Mega Hoodie from HyprMV is a great option! The light blue color is really pretty, and the fit is flattering and comfortable. I love that it has a kangaroo pocket in the front to keep my hands warm on cold days.
I got a small size (which you specify up front!) and this hoodie is a perfect fit for me!
The zippered pocket is an extra bonus and is perfect for front for holding my phone or keys.

We got bars that came in two delicious flavors, white chocolate salted peanut and peanut butter. I was really impressed with the flavor of both bars. They almost taste like candy bars without the guilt!

Overall, I was really pleased with the products in the February 2022 Miss Muscle Box. The light blue HyperMV hoodie is super cute and useful for cooler weather workouts, the Shrewd Keto Dippers are delicious and satisfying, and the Grenade Carb Killa Bars are the perfect protein packed snacks for on-the-go. I can’t wait to get started on the 3-Month Fat Loss Challenge which included a great macro rich meal plan and fat burning workouts! The retail value of my box was over $61! All in all, another great box from Miss Muscle Box!
