I have tried many sleeping facial products and this one is by far my favorite. The KORRES Apothecary Wild Rose Night Brightening Sleeping Facial works throughout the night to visibly transform dull, uneven texture and tone for skin that looks smooth, plump, and glowing by morning. I have noticed a significant difference in my skin's overall appearance since using this product. My skin is more evenly toned and has a visible glow that I wasn't able to achieve with other products.
AUTHENTIC BEAUTY CONCEPT Beachy Texture Spray, Full Size – $20 Retail Value
The Authentic Beauty Concept Beachy Texture Spray is a great way to get that beach-wave look without all the crunchiness that some other products can leave behind. This invisible spray provides just the right amount of lift and grip, while still leaving your hair feeling soft and touchable. The organic sugar and sea salt give your hair beautiful texture and effortless waves that will last all day long. I was really impressed with how well this product held up, even in humid weather. It also didn't leave my hair feeling dry or rough, like some other texture sprays can.
ESTATE COSMETICS Hidden Garden Pigment Palette, Full Size – $30 Retail Value
I love the new Hidden Garden Pigment Palette from ESTATE COSMETICS. The colors are beautiful and very pigmented. I especially love the shimmers. They are perfect for a summer garden party or a night out. The mattes are also very nice and blend well.
The only downside is that the palette is a bit limited in terms of shade range. This is a great palette if you are looking for a beautiful, pigmented eyeshadow palette with some stunning shimmers.
LUXIE 205 Tapered Blending Brush, Full Size – $15 Retail Value
The Luxie 205 Tapered Blending Brush is a great option for applying and blending out transition colors in your crease. The soft, synthetic bristles are gentle on the delicate skin around your eyes, and the tapered shape of the brush makes it easy to maneuver and get into all the nooks and crannies.
The Rose Gold finish is also a nice touch – it looks beautiful sitting on your vanity and makes the whole experience of using the brush that much more luxurious.
TANGLE TEEZER Original Mini Detangling Brush – $9.99 Retail Value
The Tangle Teezer Mini is a small, but mighty detangling hairbrush. I was impressed with the VIKTOR & ROLF Good Fortune perfume sample. The floral scent is delicate and fresh, with a hint of sweetness from the bourbon vanilla. It's perfect for everyday wear, and I love that it's ethically sourced and vegan.
I love the mini spray bottle, and I appreciate that the brand is committed to sustainability. Overall, this is a wonderful fragrance!
Summary
GLOSSYBOX's August 2022 Beauty Box had a great mix of products, both full and deluxe sized. I was impressed with the overall retail value, as it was worth $100! The Korres Apothecary Wild Rose Night Brightening sleeping facial is a product I've been wanting to try for a while and I really love it! The Authentic Beauty Concept beach spray is perfect for summer and the Estate Cosmetics palette is gorgeous! The Luxie brush is also a great addition to my brush collection, and the Tangle Teezer mini detangling brush is perfect for on-the-go. Overall, I'm really happy with this box!
