I recently completed a Mandala diamond dot journal from Annie's Creative Woman Kit-of-the-Month Club, and I wanted to share my thoughts on it! I had so much fun creating this journal and I love the end result!

Annie's Creative Woman Club Mandala Diamond Journal Review
This kit came in Annie's usual padded mailer.
The materials come neatly packaged in a plastic bag.
There are always full-color instructions that come with these craft kits. The journal comes with a blank journal, double-sided adhesive sheet, pen tool, wax, tray, and diamond dots in many different shapes and colors.
You can see how many diamond dots I got with this kit – there are so many, and I love how there are different shapes and sizes. So unique! I also love the bright bold colors – they all go so well together! I also got a pen tool, wax, and white tray.
The blank journal has the mandala design, but the double-sided adhesive sheet is separate and needs to be applied.
Here's what I did to make this diamond dot journal:
- Peel back an inch of the adhesive sheet only. Attach adhesive sheet to blank journal by lining up top and sides over colored circled outlines where diamond dots will go.
2. Use a ruler to smooth out adhesive sheet as you go.
3. Remove backing fully so you have a sticky surface. You can see there is some transparency in the adhesive sheet so you'll know where to put the diamond dots.
4. Pour diamond dots in trays. I had some extra trays from a prior diamond dots project that my husband 3D printed.
5. Use pen tool to pick wax up. The wax will allow you to pick up diamond dots and adhere them to the colored circles on the adhesive sheet. The diamond dots should be flat side down.
Summary
I absolutely loved creating this beautiful, colorful Mandala diamond dot journal from Annie's Creative Woman Club! The materials are high quality, and the end result is beautiful and unique. It took me a while to complete, but I love the texture and sparkly diamond color on this journal! This will be perfect as a bookshelf decoration or gift giving (Christmas is coming up!).
