Brick Loot March 2021 Review – Sugar Rush Edition

Brick Loot sends all their cool stuff in this blue box that looks like a LEGO brick.

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 025

Here’s a quick peek of everything we got – before we started to take out all the items out of the box!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 026

The theme for this month’s edition is Sugar Rush. The info card’s design looks like from the popular game Candy Crush Saga. I started playing this games years ago and still play it from time to time. Smile

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 027

The back of the info card has all the details of what’s inside the box. There are five items in this box in which two of them are 100% genuine LEGO!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 028

Now, let’s take a more detailed look of every item in the box!

Candy Machine – 100% Real LEGO Bricks

This item was specially made by Tyler Clites who has been a LEGO enthusiast since he was two years old. You can actually put real candy in here!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 031

The candy machine building set has 40 pieces in total.

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 032

This set has its own step-by-step instructions on how to build it – step by step!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 033

The instructions are very easy to follow and there were no missing pieces.

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 001

This is how the Candy Machine looked once we finished assembling it! Isn’t is just adorable?

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 015

We put Skittles in here to to see if it really worked! We pulled the grey lever on the right and we were able to dispense a Skittle out, with a little jiggling! I think mini M&M’s would work perfectly, though.

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 016

This contraption is so cool! Having a LEGO candy machine will be a nice addition to our LEGO collection!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 017

Mini City Family Mart

Although this set may not be 100% LEGO pieces, the Family Mart was sturdy and the pieces fit together fairly well!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 008

There are 144 pieces in this set and this is what our Family Mart looked like! The door actually slides from side to side.

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 018

The Family Mart has its own outside additions – a vending machine and a post box! How awesome is that?! There is even sloped pavement leading up to the door. The decals to create the store signs made all the difference!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 020

The Family Mart Set also has a detailed interior! You can put other minifigures in here and act as a cashier or a customer!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 021

LED Light Linx Lamp Post

This lamp post actually lights up using a USB connector!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 006

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 007

LED Light Linx is a new product from Brick Loot and that allows you to string together many different lighting elements! You can use 1 USB plug that can accommodate up to 50 LED lights!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 030

The card also has a mini-comic strip about it!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 029

Here’s the already lighted up LED Light Post! It’s very cute and it can actually light up the street in your brick city!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 023

Food Accessory Pack

The food accessory pack has 100 pieces!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 002

It has a wide variety of food and beverages! You can use them in the Family Mart to sell as products, or just play with them on your own.

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 003

Just look at all these varieties! From milk boxes to soda, fruits, popsicles, ice creams, fish and chicken, even French fries and hotdogs. And oh! There’s even sushi rolls! I would probably order that at the Family Mart! Open-mouthed smile  My kids really love playing with pretend food and had so much fun playing “restaurant” with these super fun food pieces!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 010

Sugar Fanatic – 100% LEGO Minifigure

The Sugar Fanatic minifigure completes the whole Sugar Rush theme! It’s also an authentic LEGO piece – making it a valuable item to add to our collection!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 004

The Sugar Fanatic came with his own donut and soft drink! Pretty cool! I am loving his cool silver sunglasses and messy hair.

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 005

Remember the Family Mart? It’s his favorite place to go to! You can also detach the donut from his hand and replace it with the other food accessories included in this set!

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 022

And here’s my complete set-up! (I forgot to take a picture with the Led Light Post! My bad!)

Brick Loot March 2021 Review 013

Wrap Up

My son and I had a great time reviewing and assembling all five of the Brick Loot Sugar Crush building set items included in the March 2021 box. Since we both love sweets, we loved building the working candy machine and dispensing Skittles out of it! We also love the building the Mini City buildings that come with each Brick Loot box each month – the Family Mart was especially fun to build and had so many 7-Eleven like details! All of my kids really liked playing with the food accessories since they love playing with pretend food. The March box was a winner in my book! We can’t wait to get the April 2021 Brick Loot Box!
